pathetic experience. my friend has a bus after 20 mins and he was expecting to change cloths for 2 mins. owner denied and stand there for almost 15 mins to watch whether my friend is entering in room or not.
this is insane. highly pathetic.

This property owner is a good person and good behaviour rooms with attached bathroom and private balcony, also with a common swimming pool close to calangute market and walkable beach The electricity and water supply issues were poordue to some local technical problems which was beyond stay management. Overall above good experience for 1 days.

They are renovating the room
No cupboard, no TV, no internet

is a value for money property. although here is no service and no amenities. when asked for water, came the reply that we need to shell out extra 20rs for it. cleanliness was ok because i found dust on windows and doors. tv was only for showpiece. when we are charged for 700 odd for the room i think we can ignore all these issues. the good part was that the location was excellent. 5 min walk towards the beach. i had to ask for towel and soap something which is expected to already be there in the room.

Budget Guest house, in a quiet small Road, near to a very nice part of the beach. Many restaurants and shops at a 3 minutes walk. I got a very clean room with a nice balcony at the second floor.

The rooms are clean and neat. They are non smoking rooms. Good to stay with family.
No person was in reception during check in and check out. Took more time during check in and check out.

late check in because no one was there look after the guest, room was smelly, water leakage and no AC.
we even didn't stay there,we booked another stay for the night.because of water drop leakage and it's irritative noise.
kindly refund the half of the amount.
It was horrible experience in this stay.because of late check in given by owner all our plans delayed.

We stayed there for two days. When we reached the guest house there was a lot of foul smell. We had booked four rooms. There was no TV in any room. Wi-Fi is also nothing. When he told this to the owner, he said that this is not everything, if you do not want to take a room, then do not take it, leave it, I have a lot of bookings. My all room is full. We didn't like this behavior. There are lots of big mosquitoes at night. It's very close to the beach.Short swimming pool also there. It felt like a wasteful experience. please don't book here.
