The hotel room is not hygienic, the bedsheets and bathrooms are so bad, the one word to say for this hotel is totally not worthable

worst experience ever.. I want to state that on my stay at hotel Ganesh Palace was worst experience ever, we got rooms that are worst, mosquitoes were coming from bathroom, stinky room and what not. It was very shameful of the front office people asking for money extra charges and saying at thus price you will get this sort of room only. Booking from here was not what we expected to be,it was not at all a good experience we anyhow managed and left the room early morning.

If i can give 0 stars, i would have given. horrible experience. Staff is good, but cleanliness is zero. maintenance is zero. there are bed bugs and ticks inside!! Molds on walls, broken switches and geysers. And to top that, they charge 1700 for a double bed deluxe ac lodge. Never ever booking from goibibo. Horrible experience, all false reviews.

Worst experience, highly not recommended to stay here, room were dusty not properly service even not provided mineral water. Washroom gijer was not working and not clean room and tv was also not working Not provided mineral water Washroom ghijer not working Tv not working Not clean room **Not to take that hotel**

we had a very worst experience in this hotel.No service available. dirty rooms ,washroom etc . I won't suggest anyone to stay here.

This is worst lodge i have ever seen, this is not even worth of 500rs, and you have charged 1560. too much disappointed. less than this cost i could find better lodge than this. worst maintenance.

Good things about the hotel: 1. Location- very close to the bus stop and palace and lots of eateries around for all budgets. 2. Hotel staff was polite and hospitable. Bad things about the hotel: 1. Very very dirty and in need of a severe cleaning! 2. Bathroom, bedroom and sheets were all dirty. 3. It rained and water seeped into the hotel room which was never cleaned after requesting. 4. The borewell got spoilt and there was no running water to use at all. I had to check out of the hotel because it was so dirty and nonfunctional. Would not recommend this for more than 1 night stay.
