we opted for day use room from 9 am to 5 pm... though the hotel accommodate us with Early check in but the room allotted was not good as toilet flush was not working and the bathroom drainage was also choked. Doesn't expect such kind of hospitality from a reputed group.

It nice hotel with clean room no frill extra vagant hotel. I stay here quite often whenever in Mumbai.

We arrived at midnight. Basic checkin formalities were done but no information was being communicated regarding luggage, breakfast, check out time etc. Luggage came in late. TV was not working. Technician came in later and found out that all tv cables were removed and repaired it. Sheets and Bathroom were not clean.
