The stay was very good as usual and the hospitality was also very nice especially the working staff Miss.Gauri very well managed and room service person Mr.Moumin something as I remember.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was neither clean nor hygienic. There were even small insects present. I immediately reported the issue to room service, and while they assured me it would be taken care of, the cleaning was done poorly. it was highly disappointing and unpleasure staying at this old property, room was not clean and foul smell , electric kettle was very old and not cleaned, bathroom is absolutely pathetic, towel was not cleaned properly, no buckets or mugs inside the bathroom. overall the experience was very bad. i will definitely not stay or not recommend to anyone there again. but the service at breakfast is excellent
