location good, rooms average, blankets smelling, bathroom small but ok...no phone in room, nearby good eating places at walkable distance...parking ok...no kids play area as shown in add....I think it's overpriced....overall average stay

It was a horrible experience since the hotel and rooms weren't in a good condition, they were stinky. Have already complained for the same and asked for the full refund. hotel in such bad shape

bedsheets were not clean. walls were dirty, main door was broken. toilet faucet was broken.

Negative points:
1. Rooms were very old as there was prominent dampness on walls and wall dust was all over the place.
2. Biggest problem was the room's door lock which was not working and we had to leave our room open everyday when we go out, assuming that everything inside room will be safe.
3. Flexibility of check out time extension was not provided by Receptionist, even the rooms were vacant and additional 1000₹ was charged for half day out of which we just stayed for only 2 hours which coul ...more

we had a horrible experience.... I don't even wanted to give any rating. Only Mr. Jerry is a person who agreed n accepted the issue. The TV was not working, there was no WIFI. No RO water... u need to buy if u wanted. Top of it the Room was stinking. I booked for 3 nights but have to leave the hotel the next day due to this issue. I had to pay more to find other place at panchgani in a peak period.

Decent Room for family in low budget.
It is so near to Table Top and Sydney Point.
Hotel is surrounded by cool & Peaceful Environment.
