the room does not any view.. i get disappointed by that breakfast was good but the they don't provide the valley view

we stayed 2 nights in duplex room from where the view was amazing and the room was neat and clean,overall staff was so friendly. and also the food and beverage in the restaurant was excellent mr. manikandan restaurant manager was very actively doing is duty who was arranging the things very promptly. even the watchman mr. mani was so active. overall our experience was memorable.

I book this hotel for that view which is shown in picture but my room doesn't have the valley view so I am disappointed by that breakfast is good .... I book 2 room and both the room has the same construction view very disappointing

terrible experience ever. the common amenities like gym, playroom, etc purported to be meant for the hotel guests staying in the hotel are closed after 7 pm. this is unheard of in any hotel. they expect the guests to stay in the hotel and not go out to avail these amenities, ridiculous isn't it. worst ever experience. unlike the quiet environment expected in any decent hotel, this hotel is noisy. to be rated single ⭐ star

Terrible stay ever. Ever since we checked into the Hotel surprises. We came to understand the amenities meant for the guests like Gymnasium or the Play Room are restricted upto 7 PM that is unheard of anywhere. Places like Munnar, the tourists return to the Hotel in the evening evening and needs evening and needs the amenities in the evening only. The hotel was good, the staff was polite and friendly.
Food ordered and provides for breakfast was good.
