We stayed at Golden Residency Pahalgam,very pleasant and friendly stay at the hotel. The service provided by the staff especially Zahid ,Farooq and Ajas were exemplery.
The buffet served was hot,fresh and taste was up to the mark.
We were given a beautiful room - the room was neat,clean and well furnished , the view from our room was so scenic - with lush green mountains,We were awstruck ☺️ Very much recommended stay with family/friends.

- Electricity issue but has generator.
- Heater in room is started during night time.

We loved the hotel, the views were really good. It was very near to the river Lidder. And the staff were very good and helpful. Food was good too. I will totally recommend this property.

This hotel is not exactly in Pahalgam. But 15 min before the way to Pahalgam. Rooms are clean. Staff is good. Not have much food options.

Room was fine but the problem was they cut the power off every night and no heating was available. phones were also dead and nobody was available to attend so we had shivering 2 night stay. upon request, they didnt do anything for heating arrangement at night.
Ceiling started leaking in morning over the bed.
Food quality was not good.
Service was late.
Otherwise hotel was maintained in cleanliness.

Location(about 4 km before main pahalgam) of hotel is very good, in a peaceful serenity with a mountain view. The food was below average. Hosts were very nice and services provided were also good. Except food everything was perfect, within a budget.
