Excellent Resort with Very good People to take care. This property is very close to the Dam with lots of sports activities. Beautiful surrounding. safe, very close to the market , clean and caring staff.

Excellent place and location ..Good Support from Reception team. Manager ( guess his name is Tony) was very helpful and he gives us good explanation on tourist spot how to visit and when to visit during rainy seasons ... overall Good experience

neatly maintained, spacious room. nice bath rooms . helpful staff. food was not available but can order from outside restaurant ( but took very long for delivery + food was not that good for the price , I think they gave me re fried chicken 65 .) good thing is walkable distance from Dam park entrance.

Hotel was just near to karapuzha dam good rooms and well behaviour staffs , and they are good travel guide also people who can search for rooms they can preffer this property .

A pleasent hotel stay with very friendly staffs, they helped us with lot of information about the tourist places around. Especially the hotel manager Tony was a very kind human being, who really intend to help and guide tourist with very usefull tips.

Our stay at Gooseberry Retreat was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is very good. It's away from the congested areas of Kalpetta or Sultan bathery and at a reasonable distance from many of the tourist spots. Food is not available on premises. But there are some eateries at walkable distance. food deliveries from few restaurants are also available. We however preferred to go out and try different restaurants on our own.
