very poor location wise ,bad quality food available in the hotel, just a waste of money if someone booked in this hotel, hotel rooms are not cleaned properly, no water available for drinking in the rooms.Sugested do not booked rooms in this hotel.

Location is ok but in night you will not feel safe during walk around.
Parking is good. Hotel staff is good and they would like to give good services to Guest, but they don't have clean bed sheet, pillow,Towels etc. All almirahs is very dirty and you will find dust everywhere.
you can book this hotel if your budget is low or you are not getting room in any other hotel or any how you have to stay in dal Lake area.
Staff is very good.
just Ok. but I will not prefer this hotel neither family not alone.

hotel was ok but no cleaning in room. dust everywhere. furniture also very old. bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets very dirty which made us very uncomfortable. location ok. bathroom ok. no cleaning in kitchen also. never eat anything there. staff was ok. not good experience.

Good for a budgetary stay.
Around 2min walk from gate 10 of Dal lake.
Food and hangout places nearby .
