Best hotel in Wayanad, Spacious and clean rooms, interior is awesome, staff is excellent, room service is fast, food is very good.

The rooms are good. but the staff attitude and especially the food is extremely bad. the staff sitting in the reception should really learn how to interact with the guest. there was one lady receptionist who has a very bad attitude. the hotel management should really work on training their staff.the attitude of the hotel staff. especially the receptionist.

It was indeed a wonderful experience.
Spacious and clean rooms with good view . Nice , gentle staff . I am highly impressed by the ambiance of the room . Good parking facilities.
Hotel has a nice Bar and restaurant.

The experience was okay but there was a smoking smell coming in the restroom area that felt us uncomfortable rest everything is okay.

it felt amazing to stay there..even though it was a 4 star hotel the food was fair priced..there was no service charge taken...rooftop vibes were too good

staff,food,room, bathroom,reception, parking,hotel everything is perfect. I am happy with the behaviour of staff and room service. food is delicious with reasonable rates. breakfast is limited not much varieties but it is tasty.
