one rs clinic plus shampoo given for handwash. washroom door was not operative. some pan peaks were spotted in washroom. no warm water and supply slow. when i asked staff that change these room and provide another of same category. he replied itna paisa me aisa hi milega. luxury book karte aur chahiye tha toh. he was not ready to change room. misbehaving as if i have taken some lakhs rs advantage from his hotel. since i booked and it ws non refundable so i left with no choice. not provieded prop ...more

this hotel is very bad because no telephone very dirty hotel and there is no lift the food is little bit good
and tv is not working ac is not working

pathetic experience I regret booking this hotel they have posted wrong images and provide chaddar palti wala room as standard room which has rats running in their false ceiling. this soap bar was bitten by rats when we went for dinner in evening. also the manager at reception demands 500 extra when requested for room change. the management is really disgusting. never get this hotel for your stay. you will regret later.

The rooms were too small not well cleaned and the hotel situated at slum like area there is no water in bathroom sinks i am totally disappointed and not recomand for family and friends
