Ambience was good but room service was not good and the main problem was related to food they will not take restaurant orders at the time of breakfast and dinner.
And the taste of food is even worst (no salt and no spicy)

Mixed Experience - Needs ImprovementWe booked the hotel and received a confirmation email. However, when we called to verify, we were told no rooms were available. After several calls and some back-and-forth, we finally secured a room before traveling.The room itself was disappointing — it wasn’t clean, and the bathroom tap was broken. Beautiful location and nice ambience but isolated, (I personally like this, as I could stay in a forest like place).
Provided food was good, but limited options available for dinner.
Room was good, but not so spacious for the price they charged (Super deluxe room). Better fit for 2 adults. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children and they did not provided a King bed or additional bed. It was very difficult for us to sleep at night and this is the major concern I had during our stay.
We really enjoyed the exterior of the property and the location was amazing.
