Despite booking our room 20-25 days in advance, we were allocated the top floor with messy water tanks in the open area. Connecting to Wi-Fi was challenging since the main network didn't reach the top floor, and the floor-specific Wi-Fi was non-functional. Additionally, the room we received differed significantly from the photos shown

Horrible experience during our recent stay at this place. The rooms were unhygienic, you can refer to the picture to know the condition. That was the bed provided for us to sleep, when questioned about the cleanliness & condition, we were told informed that the only option. Secondly there were insects inside the room, washrooms were poorly maintained including the wash basin which was movable in different directions, the faucet was broken.
The hotel management was altogether a different story. ...more

The rooms don't match the pictures. When questioned, they mentioned that the images are outdated and need updating. The rooms allocated are small, and the beds aren't very comfortable, often making noise when slept on. Overall rating: 2 out of 10 stars.
