Location is the best aspect of this hotel. It is located in a very accessible place in sultan Bathery and very close to bus stop, restaurants and auto stand. The room was big and airy and was clean as well. Hot water was available for bathing but there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Service could be improved as there was no drinking water refill availability and it took a few calls to arrange for an extra bed. But they helped book the car for sightseeing and also kept our bags for some time.

From my stay with the family, I learned that the resort is not family friendly. The hot water line does not work and all the CP sanitary items are not working in good condition. Toilet cleaning is not up to the mark. Also I booked the room ac premium room for ... rupees but got the bill of ...Totally fed up

Nice clean rooms and the hotel is in main city center. They have basement parking available too. Room size was very large. Hot water pressure was very low so couldn't user shower. AC was not working but we didn't need it.

good rooms..right in the middle of the city ...major problems..1.no ceiling fans in non AC rooms,2. bad smell frequently comes due to some leakage on duct pipes I guess..3.too much mosquitos..staffs are supportive..
