Resort is in very odd location. Parking way to road very horrible . No maintainance at all. It was very terrific experience to stay over here.

location: 15 to 20 mins away from munnar city. located in a very steep slope. requires driving skills.
rooms:
rooms were clean. however not maintained well. some rooms have nice view.
staff:
hotel staff were helpful.
food:
very limited options for breakfast. taste was okay. lunch was not available even at 2.
swimming pool:
pool is very small. no seperate pool for kids. average maintenance.
overall: not a great stay. however can go for it if you are looking for some budget stay options.

This property is extremely bad as it is sheer old one without minimum maintenance.
1. Check-in delay is expected.
2. Room main switch is improper.
3. Fan rotates on Dead slow speed & beating summer would be tough.
4. Surprisingly no restaurant facilities made available.
5. Hand shower is very bad with extreme slow flow.
6. Washroom exhaust is full of sound

The place is good. But there is no proper signboard, Google map cannot get to the property, so it is a task to reach the property. The property is good. The property owners have good manners, but the service of staff are below average.Tried to call Service Staffs several times, but not attended.
The property has a small pool which can accommodate 3 people. Overall Stay was Nice.

Low quality experience, not hygienic, washroom fittings are not good, need to play with the shower to adjust the flow of water due to low pressure and also old. No intercom, tv not functional ( even in suit room), breakfast was really bad compared to others in the class, a small swimming pool only for kids

I stayed at Green Trees Luxury Suites and it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning mountain views that make the stay truly relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy and peaceful ambiance.

Good experience. Supportive staff and vibe is good. Nice view from super deluxe private balcony room. Recommended for family.
Slow Water flow in washrooms due to hill area, other than that, rest all good.
