101℅ suitable for family.. I had enjoyed the stay with kids and parents.. Place is located within the city but without any disturbances of city... Very helping management and staff...cooking facilities also there..

I think it's the best option presently available at Cochin. I stayed at a 2BHK apartment, with family. The rooms are well maintained and fully furnished. manger satheesh will take care of all it needs. he's so cooperative. it just feel like being at home...

THE STAY AT HABITAT COCHIN WAS NICE. THE APARTMENT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE, CONVENIENT AND BEST FOR ONE OR TWO FAMILIES. AMPLE PARKING SPACE, COOKING FACILITIES ARE VERY USEFUL.
