The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

Very bad experience. Didn't expected at all. No TV remote, no toiletries, dim light, leaking hand shower, broken dressing glasses, no towels, no soaps. Dirty bed sheet and curtains. One room stinking badly. This room is most ill-maintained room of hotel. booking is just wastage of hard earned money.

Best staff in shimla cooperative and helpful do stay if you want to catch flight next day from delhi or Chandigarh as the location is best for travelling and on main highway
