The setting of Harmony Palace was perfect. Amidst the mountains, from where you can perfectly get a view of the valley and the majestic Krishna river. the food was phenomenal. everything was freshly prepared right infront of your eyes. the stuff was well behaved and coordinated well with our needs. the place is perfect for your trip to mahabaleshwar.

Hotel is average at affordable price. Only thing men at reception does not how to talk to guests very arrogant. He does'nt know H of hospitality. I booked this because of good reviews but i think those are fake. Suggestion: Either you are working at reception or you are owner of hotel you should learn to respect your guests in hospitality industry. Keep your ego in your pocket that someone cuts your call we dont like to argue with people simple

positive: rooms are good & clean; staff behavior is excellent; room service is fast; negative: road to reach the hotel is very bad; hotel is very overpriced ; there is no option to include breakfast with room; food is average.
