This houseboat is an absolute gem that exceeded all our expectations. We visited on Mar 2025 and from the moment we stepped aboard, we were enveloped in an experience of tranquility and luxury. Fahad was helpful and ensured all our needs were met to have an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Serene and beautiful experience, has a lovely view of the lake and the overlooking mountains. Personalized service is provided. Is an ideal getaway for a calming experience. I enjoyed staying at this property. Very warm welcome and the staff are very endearing.

This is THE BEST houseboats on Dal Lake, Srinagar—We had a great time with family. Mr. Fahad at the front desk is very supportive , and all the staff are polite and humble. They take very good care of guests.
In the evening, they played Kashmiri music, which was excellent, and the singers performed beautifully. In the morning, we went for a Shikara ride, which was a great experience.
The food was good, and the hospitality was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay.
