Had a wonderful stay at Heevan houseboat, docked in dallake, easy to commute from ghat 19A. My bestie and I had the whole houseboat to ourselves and we literally had a blast. got fruit chat sold by vendors coming near the boat with shikara, clicked n no of pictures in the beautiful houseboat, had a great breakfast the next day. almost felt like "apna hi houseboat h".

Fabulous stay. Mr. Shakeel the caretaker is an amazing person and he always makes sure to keep our stay comfortable. Food is really good just like homely cooked. it's like home away from home.

it was an amazing experience at a heevan houseboat. food was also good. the house boat was well maintained and clean. mr.adil was very polite. glad with the overall service!!

Heevan houseboat was well maintained, very neat, hot water available as early as 7 AM. Power cuts were common, but they had an inverter with 2 lights per room. The bed was huge in Room 5 and could sleep 3 people. Pick up and drop off by boat is complimentary from Ghat 19A. Thanks to the owner for negotiating with the Shikara, he helped us get a nice deal for a 2 hr ride(initial quote 2.5-3.5k, negotiated to 1.5K). Poha/Bread/Tea/coffee was available for breakfast and tasted good. Must experience for Kashmir tourists. Shikara ride in Dal lake

Room was not Clean. Bed sheets, blankets all were very old and bad smell was coming. food service was also not good.

Heevan houseboat is clean, big beds 3 adults/2 adults and 2 kids can sleep comfortably.The owner & attendant made our stay comfortable. There’s Tv in the lounge area where we all watched IPL match. Hot water, heater are available in the rooms. One has to take the shikara to reach house boat and last shikara is till 8.00-8.30 pm. For the experience one night is good and must stay at Heeavan houseboat.

it was a horrible experience at the house boat. there was only one heater with no heating pads. 6 blankets were given to cover from the temperature. but it was not at all worth it staying there. we are not satisfied with the stay. however helpful people were there to help you out for any inconveniences but overall I did not liked it.

We stayed for 1N at Heevan houseboat, we were welcomed by Naseem, pick up n drop from 19A port. The room was very clean, dinner n breakfast was nice homely food. The staff was very good and ready to help.

Reception place and dining place was very good and well maintained. It looks good from outside also. Location is very good and have wonderful view of Dal lake. Rooms were not as per our expectations and have stinky smell. Caretaker was very good and cooperative. Quality of food was not great comparitive with price. For one night it's good place to stay. Done
