Bucket and mug were sticky.
Car parking was full when we came back from temple visit (around 11 pm), had to park the car on the road.

20 calls to get extra bed. the spring mattress that I got has spring to make to awaken whole night.
same 20 calls to get a towel. still it's coming although we reached home after the stay.
NO POOL as under maintenance. It was not informed while booking. so poolgoers, pls avoid. you can get a similar hotel with good pools in madurai.
not expected to see two small soap and peasize unbranded shampoo bottle in a 3 star.no other toiletries.
Conclusions: good looking room doesn't mean it's good. ...more

Our room was very spacious and cleaned. Staff was very humble and kind. Location of the hotel was very good also.
