actually the room was spacious but wasn't maintained well. we spotted cocroaches
and one important thing was they dint even knew that room is booked and asked wait for some 15 min to give a room.
there shud have been atleast a dry pantry for sugar n salt. and on new year eve the management was least bothered about few people who were so annoying and putting loud music around 2:30am. Overall I would say it was not a great stay not as expected.

Neat and clean Hotel. The only issue is with service. No support staff. No water in room(packaged drinking water). 3kms away from Kalpetta town.

it happend to be a fantastic experience..with the minimum budget I could avail nothing more that..Our stay in Highland Bristo in Kalpetta wayanad was very convenient. Wonder if I walk-in to such a hotel I would have to pay at least triple the amount..Now my family decided to book only through travel organization like ibibo as both my wife and daughter were happy with the stay..Room was neat,clean,and spacious.. Truly.. Thank you Goibibo and H bristo, both are highly recommended.
