My stay at Hill river resort by West Western was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I checked in , I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredibly courteous - special thanks to the front desk team for making everything smooth and stress free. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the bonfire night and all the amenities like the lawn kids zone and ample parking. Great value for money highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay in Manali!

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. We had really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are super nice ,clean and spacious. The staff was generous and polite . In property there is a lawn ample parking space, gym, and for the entertainment they have playing zone for kids as well as for adults too. The services were top knotch and most important they had 24×7 open restaurant and food quality was awesome and very tasty😋. Overall the experience in Hill river resort were impeccable. Great room view. They have cosy rooms. Room service is excellent and the staff behaviour is very polite and welcoming. It's worth of money. My overall experience is awesome.
