Stay and Hotel is good, but as promised on amenities like TV in the room is useless, doesn't works properly, need to fix this issue. and also the internet is fluctuating in hotel room.
Stay is pleasant, must come here to experience luxury at its best.

If you want to relax through your weekend this is the place to go ..I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lonavala.. Had a great stay at Hillberry residency
Rooms are luxurious , clean and comfortable also they have Multicuisine restaurant.. The staff was friendly and helpful ,specially thanks to MR Nilesh from reception

Pros # 1. Hotel room size is good (We stayed in Deluxe room), 2. Its new property so Interior is very good and well maintain, 3. bathrooms are neat and clean, hot shower was awesome, 4. View from front side room is awesome as we can see the Sunrise and Sunset from Room itself,
Cons # 1. Front desk people has too be more polite with guests, 2. Pathetic restaurant services, as booking said Complementary breakfast but restaurant said Complementary is upto Rs . 200 /Per person only, and in that th ...more
