Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff specially Aditya. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

stayed at holiday inn mumbai with my little princess 👸 daughter have done my booking thru goibobo it was a great experience and vale for money 💰 staff was very helpful and courteous special thanks to suyansh waghmare at the reception he was a gem of a person check in was very smooth and above all we had a buffet breakfast it was very good and had a variety of dishes available my daughter enjoyed everything from staying at holiday inn mumbai and swimming 🏊♀️ pool to breakfast options wi ...more

At the first we went to the room, the housekeeping was not good. But the way they managed the guest's complaint was good. They listened and tried to solve it.
