Staff is nice, supportive.
Hotel is very far from main mall road, not at good location for families with kids.
overall stay was pleasant due to well mannered staff.
rooms are sufficient big and clean. washrooms are also good.
food they serve is of highest standard in Shimla.

The best stay we ever had in Shimla. One of the best hotel to stay. Awesome view, Awesome food and the most important Awesome staff.They were so polite. Room was so neat and clean. Thank you so much for this lovely and memorable stay.

Location was excellent...very close to mall road. Food was tempting. lots of variety. In addition to that the staff behaviour was extremely courteous and kind. Loved the hospitality. Highly Recommended.

Best Hotel on Mall Road. Best for Couples....Too Romantic. Specially Honeymoon Special Room is Too Good. If you are Couple you can go for Honeymoon Special Room. Food is Also Good. All Over Good Experience.👍
