The location is very away from main attractions of srinagar,if you arrive in afternoon then no provision of lunch or dinner because you have to inform 2 hours prior and very slow service no buffet ,no welcome drink.not upto expectations.

it's a really good hotel (home stay), and the location is central to a lot of tourist spots. the rooms are well maintained and clean. the owners have been quite hospitable and helpful.

very small room not worth spending so much .actually it is a bunglow whose ground n first floor is converted into hotel cum guest house

This is a very nice hotel. As soon as I entered I was told to check the room they were providing. This is rarely done by hotels today especially when you have booked on the Internet. Mr. Latif at the front desk was wonderful. I was served lovely Kahwa by Mr. Shabib who was the bell boy cum waiter cum I think man Friday . Wonder ful gentle man with quick and lovely service. We stayed in this hotel for two days. Hotel ll give a true feel of Kashmiri culture. Rooms have got beautiful wood work. Most important feature is owners are very friendly and serve customers with loads of love.

This is a typical home stay and we were treated very well. Though, they had a very big family function (wedding), they ensured to serve us better. In each and every action & traction - we felt their priority is the customer service. Very honest and gave us prompt response throughout our stay.
