best stay experience in Goa. Hotel is very near to beach.owner Mr.patil and Mr.saxena are very helpful and even the staff is very cooperative. Food served here deserves a 5 star rating. Wud surely recommend a stay here.

No everyday room cleaning and bedsheet changing. Hot water never comes. Staff behaviour is good,but they never listen about the complaint. Fridge isnot working. I done complaint for 5 times, but staff never done the solution. Overall this hotel is ok for youngsters,but not for family.

The hotel condition is gone down, on first day A/C was not working, fridge was not working, no hot water, have to wait for hrs to get hot water. TV was not in working condition. Was given only 1 small blanket for 2 people. The manager was pretty rude on first day and didn't allow the driver to sleep even after requesting. Got place for driver next day when spoken to owners. Owner were cooperative though. Overall quality is dropped

Good budget stay at Calangute, Goa. Easy access to town center and beach. Very friendly staff , decent room, good pool and other facilities. I really enjoyed my stay at the facility. Special thanks to the staff in catering to all my needs.

ants fully covered on bed, it was getting bad smell in-room not worth money for this hotel.

It's a very basic accomodation for the amount they charge. Would not recommend if one expects luxury.

An average hotel with good Staff behaviour. Near and tidy maintenance of the premises. Restaurant was available only for breakfast. Location is very distant from market. Actual terriff of Hotel is far less than what GoIbibo gave me a deal of.
