very neat & tidy room. staff is very helpful. location was a bit chaotic but manageable.. overall good facilities provided at a very reasonable price

The room was very clean & tidy.. The location is a bit in the interior, a typical Old style Mumbai area but was very good. Hotel. Staff is very helpful.
Suggestions :
1. Toiletries should be provided
2. Spoons plates should be provided without having to call everytime. It feels a little odd to disturb them. Every now and then. Overall a pleasant stay

All the facility written on the web site there was no complimentary mineral water they were giving purifier water no toiletry no hairdryer no iron nothing was there worst hotel

We were asked to have a three bed room but got only two beds and were given an extra mattress. There was no coffee mug at room and we were asked to have a deluxe room. I have sent you its photo. Please check if there is such a deluxe room and the staff at the counter. His way of speaking was also not right.
