We have booked 3adult room.
so got extra portable bed in room for that plus 1double bed.

First thing is the staff, they are extremely polite and treat you well. The hotel is just beside the bus stand, we had the 3rd floor with mountain/hill view. The room amenities were up to the mark as mentioned in Goibibo. It has a gym , covered swimming pool, and an ayurvedic spa. It had basement parking also. Did not opt for breakfast as it is not worth the money. washrooms are nice with separate bathing areas. Rooms have a mini fridge. The area has many restaurants and small juice and back sho ...more

There is a rat in side the room and frequent interrupted power supply. Rooms were not clean. After we complained to reception they shifted us to another room.

Let's start with good things first.
Pros;
1. Location: it's in the heart of the city.
2. Staff: Courteous and well mannered.
Cons;
Keeping in mind this is a four star property and we are supposed to get that treatment;
1. Very limited breakfast menu with long wait to refill the buffet. No dosas to order and control on omlete.
2. Not well maintained property requires deep cleaning to come up the 4star class.
3. Towels were very old, faded and didn't feel like using.
