A decent hotel with quick service. The food is a bit overpriced though. The only thing that bugged me is that they charged us 78 bucks for a bottle of water which is ridiculous. Overall a good place to stay

Location: Upscale and posh location. Becomes quiet from 9.30-10pm which can be spooky sometimes. No errand shops around.
Staff: Very courteous and well mannered. Right from luggage pick up guys to room service personnel.
Room: Decent room. However, I paid around 5k/night for executive room which isnt worth. Unless you get road facing rooms, no other room offers any view. Also switches inside arent conventional ones and even room service personnel have no idea how to operate them. Centralised ...more

have been a patron since the past 7 years of this property. the service has always been an issue but more so lately. on arrival during our last stay the receptionist first confused our booking and spoke rather arrogantly. it was only after i showed him the necessary proof that we proceeded with check in. he wasn’t decent enough to apologize for the goof up either. there is not hot water in the bathrooms. the restaurant is almost non functional and the food quality appalling. the reason we continue to stay here is it’s location and the rooms are clean.

Booked deluxe category room which is better than base room but it was dingy room,sofa upholstery was torn and there was cracks seen on wall.Not worth the money spent as there are much much better options nearby in less price.
