The place was situated very near to Baga beach. We stayed there 3 nights. The breakfast they served for all the days has maida poori (Bhatura) & bread with butter & jam. unfortunately, even though my kid has missed the key card inside the hotel room, they charged us 599 rupees which actually doesn't cost that much.The residency has a club on the ground floor which is near to reception & restaurant. - Cleaning issues - ⁠No hygiene - ⁠Rate is very high according property - ⁠Toiletries were not there and every thing is payable- ⁠Using used stuff like bedsheets and towels etc.- ⁠this is 15 min far from beach ( approximately 1 KM)

3rd class facility with 3rd class service . they have not support for checkout time. there is no any guests in this hotel on 3rd jan but hotel want extra charges for half hrs late checkout. they want half day charges from us. very very very disappointed...I request you all if you plan for Goa tours. then do not booked this 3rd class hotel.

Wear comfortable shoes as the beach is not very close you need to walk at least 600m from the hotel. Staff were good and kind . Breakfast served was limited but was tasty .

Everything was good and breakfast was excellent including location except room was a bit small as for 3 guests. It has a nice club to enjoy.
