Lack of Customer friendly reception, wifi, no shower, no power management, television clarity issue/dth issue - improper details I'm one of the affected victim. Worst ever experience.

It was a good experience and the rooms were so comfortable and pleasant and had a comfortable car parking place.
but one thing needs to improve like A/C cooling is slow and in bathroom keep some toilet fragrance.

Pros -
Best thing I liked about this Guesthouse is spacious rooms (1500 sq ft) & clean bathrooms. Parking space available. The service was prompt with a smile. Desk guy Mr Saravanan was helpful, adjusting and polite
Cons -
Lift not available. No in-house restaurant. Decent restaurants available at 0.5 - 1 km distance. Although located just at a distance of 2 km from Kumbakonam station, the local conveyance is costly with rickshaws charging upto Rs 150 for such short distance.

best family stay hotel in kumbakonam. i have booked 2 rooms for three adults and one child and we got a separate 3bhk apartment. the rooms are big and the bathrooms are neat and clean. they are renovating the rooms and uplifting look. overall we are satisfied completely and highly recommend to stay if you are going with family
