Their staff is nice but the rooms are a bit small compared to the previous stay. We have stayed at this hotel many times bcoz as their location is suitable for us but this time we are not satisfied with the room. Even after staying for two days the rooms were not comfortable.otherwise everything excellent service

I booked at about 7pm on 16July. I needed to book for 16August. but by mistake got selected 16 July. I immediately called Goibibo and in conference called to the hotel. I requested to change date of booking to 16August. But, The hotel person told they had a customer exactly at same time when I booked and they returned him due to my booking. All these happened within 5 to 10min from booking on 16July at 7pm. Goibibo has zero control over hotels

everything was good but they have provided single bed blanket two numbers in king size bed, even though I have requested for double bed size blanket they told only this is available. it made me discomfort while sleeping.

My stay was really horrible. Initially the room which was allotted to me, the AC was malfunctioning and the outlet water flowed inside the room due to which I faced a problem. After that the room was changed, but the other room was full of cockroaches and it came in the picture in the evening during my stay of 2 days. The bed had cockroaches running here and there. It's a really disgusting experience of staying in this hotel.

all the points in puri are walking distance from hotel that is best about it. good cleanliness in room and washroom . but Lenin should be clean enough so that no smell will be there. overall good to stay .
