worst experience the hotel showing pics which are not matching the current situation of the hotel and that beds were worst and they will cover it with white color bed sheet to show it’s good bed and washrooms oh my god no one want to be there

Rooms are dirty and not at all maintained. Their behavior towards customers is very bad. Tha staff was ignorant when asked to clean and behaved rudely on every request.

Normal hotel I stay 3 day
No one come for room clean and change badsheet,No AC Remote and fan full speed

I have checked out from this hilarious room,
dirty, smelly, curtains never washed, full of mosquito 🦟🦟🦟🦟, ac working on useless mode....blanket sinking...
bathroom washbasin was yukkkk extremely unhygienic like public toilets .
Above all staff is least concerned
even not giving 2 glasses to drink water, we purchased our mineral water, the hotel water jug was never washed .

the best part of the hotel is closest proximity to the temple. you can walk multiple times to the temple. you can avail hot water as needed on request. good helping people

very dirty room also the night shift staff does not know anything if we do online booking n go. we had 9 am checking. we came at puri station at 4 pm we called the hotel a person said come in the hotel when we reached there the staff says there is no booking in ur name. we wasted 1 hour there later we complained to go ibibo . there is no waiting room Or lobby for freshen up.
worst experience hotel is very unhygienic with full mosquito and dirtiness all over. no food available no educated staff.

I stayed at this hotel and found the bathroom in poor condition. It hadn’t been cleaned properly, with dust accumulating everywhere. This lack of cleanliness really affected my stay. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

it was close to jagannath temple that was good. no hot water, no toilet seat on wc, nothing to hang clothes in the bathroom, no towel soap etc was provided. it was surrounded by garbage.

worst 😭 feeling at hotel.
The rooms are very dirty and old.
The washroom is very bad.
🛏️ are very uncomfortable 🥵.
I suggest any one.
please don't use such types of hotels
and water is finished in the morning.
