Everyone is rude. They don't show any responsibility towards basic courtesy while customer handling . You better book some place else and enjoy a better experience rather than staying here. They'll soon be out of business I'm 200% sure

it's a wonderful experience staying in the resort for four nights. hotel staff was quite cooperative and helping. cleaning and other services were good.

Rooms and everything is good and the resort is little away from city so there is no traffic or crowd and even jain food is amazing

The infrastructure of the property is good, newly built and has a decent view however the service, food quality and the management lacks effort and hospitality. We were received by an oversmart manager of the property who was focused on earning a commission by forcing us to book a taxi operator for sight seeing in the town without even us asking for it. The Manager did not even ask us for our IDs for checking in which shows poorly on the safety that is being maintained by the hotel. We did not ...more
