Nice property at upper pelling, Cooperative staffs, great foods. Excellent view of Kanchanjungha from ro balcony. only negetive was TV not working.

1. No lift. 2. Rooms & view very good. 3. Tea kit given. 4. The staffs are very good. 5. Food is very very costly. 6. 15 mins to 'sky walk' by car.

the rooms were ok no fans provided there were insects riaming around in the corridor.The windows did not have wire netting.

Only plus point is View from the balcony and vegetarian food but service is very slow. No one pick calls at reception and restaurant you have to come down to reception to convey the message.

Pathetic Service with a Good View – That’s All! Just completed a two-day stay and I must say, the only good thing about this hotel is the view — everything else was a huge letdown. Right from the moment we checked in, things started going downhill. There was only one slipper in the room, and to make it worse, both slippers were of different size and color. Very good hotel,good location and staff behavior,room with great view. Only thing is room telephone ☎️ was not working,toilet seat dirty, Good environment and atmosphere inside hotel
