Worst experience they had charged rs for 1 day but the rooms were in very bad condition we had asked them for another room where they asked us to pay more but that room was also untidy.Only the positive side was that the Food was good.But room was not clean

The booked room was economy category which is very basic room. We have other room type options too.

This is the worst managed so called hotel. Service is pathetic, rooms are small and shabby, cleanliness is horrible, the bedsheets are not washed, no toiletries, no kettle in the room. The surrounding area is also very bad. The nearby beach which is Awas beach is secluded, dirty and rough. Don't waste your money on this property. There are no options for food in nearby vicinity so you have to eat at the hotel only, the breakfast is very basic, dinner too is pretty basic and the charges are high. The staff is rude, not helpful at all. Total waste of money all in all.

It was a marvelous experience. Earlier I also stayed there for many times so the hospitality was very satisfying for me. Clean & tidy rooms, courteous staff & food was also good. Property is basically located near to Mandava area in Alibaug.

Pros: Good spacious room. Peaceful surrounding.
Cons: Bathrooms not clean. Service could be improved. Untrained Staff. Had to ask for water, toileterries etc. Not many restaurants close to the hotel.
When one pays close to 5.5 k for a single day, one expects clean bathrooms, good service.
