The best part of stay is the location . The view of pawna lake is awesome . They provide kayaking facility which is included in the stay . Donot expect much from the breakfast buffet here as the food will come from restaurant which is nearby and only 2 to 3 options are there . The cottage is luxurious . The negative things i observed is that the caretakers are not maintaining property upto the mark. Spiderwebs were there on the sofa . Hot water was not coming in both the washrooms .
