booked jungle view ac Deluxe Room for one day.it was terrible experience from this hotel.this is the worst hotel in Thekkady.bas service,over charged for drinking water .no hot water,toilet flush was not working .cubbord doors were broken.curtons was not proper .it was so old and dirty.towels were dirty with bad smell.Ac was not working . big spiders were roming in the room.no jungle view at all.very bas room service.i will not recommend this hotel to you all. waste of money.

was very good. staffs were extremely pleasant and helpful. I got tickets for cultural centre from the hotel. food at the restaurant was delicious. we had both breakfast and dinner there. view from rooms were great. we spotted bison, deer and birds just from our room. helpful staff, balcony view, great food

Property was too old, with all the lights and chairs inside it broken. Very poor staff behaviour and service. Food is extremely bad. Is seems they havent maintained the hotel since its construction. Not recommended property to any guests. And cherry on top is there is no complimentary water bottle

Stay was very good. Location is superb you get to see the jungle from rear view of hotel. The balcony opens to reserve. The service was prompt. Cleanliness and hygiene was properly maintained. Staff is good. Overall a good experience.

good location , scenic view from rear side breakfast option is available , but Actually it's not in the hotel , we just move forward 50m for another hotel , we got a slip from the main hotel

This is our second stay at the Jungle Park Resort.We booked 3 deluxe rooms. Stay was pleasant. Restaurant was under renovation. Hence, they have collaborated with a fine restaurant to take care of the following needs. You can spot, sambar dear, bisons from the balcony. Hot and cold water facility is available. staffs are friendly. This is a recommended resort near by the tiger reserve.
