Rude behaviour of reception staff and restaurant staff. We have stayed many times in this hotel but never faced this kind of behaviour from staff. Pathetic experience. Very high rates of rooms and restaurant.

Best I could have in this price range. Behaviour of staffs was also very good. Everything was on place cleaning, services etc.

Room and washroom was clean. Food was great. Good neighbour. Well connected. Go for it.
Reception and resteraunt staff were grumpy. Deal with it.

The issue about this property is prices for all rooms are same but basic amenities, ambience and services provided in rooms are doffer rooms to rooms. some rooms having latest furniture and amenities, like modern AC, latest smart TV etc.. while other rooms are smaller in space, AC TV etc are age old of previous generations which even not been able operate properly with remote also..Looks like they chosen to upgrade but not done in all rooms and is only partially upgraded..but rates they charge i ...more

After paying a handsome tariff this hotel is charging ( INR 50 Extra ) for the shaving kit.... Ridiculous

Stay was ok.
The sad part was the adamancy of non smiling Resturant staff on offering you anything not there in the buffet on any given day.
This does not happen in the hotel industry where if you ask for a simple plain paratha in case one does not want to have an omelet, they out rightly refuse or charge.
Keep in mind If you have an early morning flight and do not have the time to do breakfast, they will not help you pack even a bread slice with you.
Hotel is close to the airport and many eating joints around the hotel for both veg & non veg is a plus point.
