very poor service from hotel, we have booked room for 3 people but they have provided very small room where our suitcase can't get opened after placing extra bedding then on multiple requests they change our room next day and that was still very small room but slightly bigger as compared to previous one. overall bad experience and pathetic stay.

rooms were very good but service was really bad, no room service available, no towels, and toiletries provided, no one at the reception was available to take calls, no guard to open main gates at night.

Spacious room(suite)but damped walls which gave an unpleasant smell. Food was not available which was a major drawback.Also they do not accept local id
