it was the worst experience to stay at K2inn. No room service, No Bed Tea till 830, No kettle arrangement, worst quality of spicy food & same menu for breakfast n dinner which was repeated continuously for 3 days. inadequate frustrated staff. Very rude shouting behaviour of Manger. Hotel needs to be sealed. Big shame on the name of hotel industry of J&K.

It was nice stay, staff and services were good, Staff was helpful. hotel is located in the prime location of Srinagar that is Rajbagh the most safest place in Srinagar. Food was good in the hotel, Rooms of the hotel we also good it was neat and clean.
