the hotel is a bit remote, the approach road is narrow. there was nobody in the reception when we arrived. we had to check in with the help of gate security person who knew only malayalam language. no hindi or english speaker. tv connection was off for the whole resort. dinner was not available, we were asked to order food from outside. we did not get any welcome drinks either when we arrived.

My recent stay at Kallat British Resort was exceptional. We booked a duplex villa for two families totaling 4 adults and 2 kids, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The resort's tranquil location offered breathtaking views and a lovely swimming pool, perfect for relaxing.

It was a normal staying experience. Not worth for the amount of money we paid. I had to quit the breakfast option as it was way too expensive than a star hotel. The rooms are not maintained properly and not upto the standard. Road towards the resort is terrible. But The cottages look beautiful from outside and the hill view was awesome. Pool area and kids play area is also good.
