the was no power at the hotel. neither the hotel staff provided soap, towel & water bottle. there was no power in the room provided after three hours of check in. neither the hotel staff provided soap, towel & water bottle.

There was no power in the room after three hours of check in. Just a fan and dim light was working in the room. Hotel staff told us there was no power however others areas of hotel were lit. The hotel staff did not provide soap, towel or even water bottle. So overall terrible experience.

Almost 1 km walk from shirdi temple For Rs 400 this room is fine. But stay at your own risk. This hotel team don't maintain cleanliness, room is completely dusty cleaned long time back, i picked the blanket kept on the bed a layer of dust came out so didn't used the blanket. In the entire room you can see spider's web nobody cleaned it.

It is small Room and no plug points are working properly, commode is very bad. As my stay was short I didn't ask them to clean it again. It is near to the temple 800 mts away and affordable. It is suitable for friends or solo traveller's.

Totally disappointed Im regular Customer of this hotel but this time I'm disappointed by service and facilities.... It was very good family trip until we reached the destination SHIRIDI @around 3:00 am as usual we reached the lodge we came to know that all the rooms were booked later on showing that we have booked under GOIBIBO with full payment of 3 rooms. They gave us other location which was such a pathetic condition there were no bathrooms attached. So totally had a wonderful experience. Hope GOIBIBO will give the actual ratings so customers will not fall into trap. Family was happy they had wonderful Darshan about stay totally disappointed.

We had really bad experience in this hotel. We checked in at 2 am and our room was not even ready, Lift was not working and my room was at 3rd floor. We were travelling with our parents who are old and it got really difficult for them to climb the stairs. When we entered our room it was completely dirty and staff refused to clean it as he was sleepy. Room was full of dirt and bathroom was stinky and dirty. The hotel is within walking distance from the sai temple. Rooms are small but neat and comfortable. Bedsheets and blankets were neat and well washed. Hot water was available all the 24 hours in the bathroom which was clean. Food is not available in the hotel, however, it is not an issue because of its location.
