beautiful hotel in midst of lush green forest and natural surroundings. great breakfast aahe it was near by all important tourist places in Thekkady. I wish I had booked this place for a few more days.

I enjoyed my stay at Kalpavanam resort. It is situated in lush greenery. The rooms are big and little old fashioned with all wood furniture, which I prefer the most to have a different experience. Breakfast was good.
Hotel management needs to invest in fixing door locks. My room lock was not working and anyone can enter the room without a key which was worrisome.

resort is nice.. breakfast superb..
pros: very nice elephant park . v saw 3 elephants cozy feeling. plants all around
cons: order food before 6 if u dont order u wont get a simplest neal for babies also. i travelled with 2 kids and they refused to give anything at 8. i asked for curd rice, simple idli. dosa.. but everything just no. this was very irritating. coz i have to go to restaurant all the way far from resort.
nothing to do in resort after sunset. it gets boring
