Only one word i must say is "घटिया"
Ac was not working properly thats why they offered another room which was full of mould and stinky. We were using room freshener all the time.
Bathroom tapes were leaking and there was no toilet paper. Pool was not clean thats why they offered pool access in another apartment and lift was not working. Only staff was very helpful because they knew that there are no proper facilities.

An amazing place to stay. We stayed with family and the experience was amazing. Food served in breakfast and dinner was tasty and yummy. The staff put all efforts to keep the guest happy and they succeed even. They allow early check-in too which was a plus plus point.

The hotel manager behaviour is bad and their food is the worst.
Their room is not clean, they don't have fans in the premium room and the bathtub is so dirty.
