nice property. staff was very good and polite. excellent view of mount kanchenjunga from cottage balcony. chinese food was excellent.

Stayed here for 2 nights, arrived around 2pm in the afternoon, we had a warm reception in the chilly weather of Pelling. We were given a warm herbal tea and small welcome shawl. The checkin process was not hurried at all, extremely courteous reception. We stayed in premium room which had a balcony with beautiful view of the mountains and Kanchenjuga range (visible during the months of Nov and Dec) and the amenities and toiletries were of good quality. Beautiful property and a thoroughly satisfying experience. We were unfortunately able to spend only one night due to time constraints. Chyonam and team ensured we had a super stay, the entire staff was very professional and polite. They also ensured we got a wake up call as soon as Kanchenjunga was visible.

We stayed here for four nights.We had a wonderful stay.The food is great.The property is well maintained and the staffs are so helpful and well mannered.They are always ready to help you.The room is clean with all facilities and from the balcony you even get the mountain view.The restaurant offers variety of delicious food.Highly recommended.
