the hotel is worst also the room are in a very bad condition the location looks like a slum the sofa cum bed was not in good condition the bathrooms were not clean had many worms and insectsrefund our half of the money as we paid high amount as compared to service& property was not as per the photos

KC Residency is a good budget hotel, location is very good situated at Marol Naka metro station and near to Mumbai International airport T-2.
I would like neat and clean room with good amnity and situated near the public transport.

There was third class room. Moistures at wall with Bad smell of dampness . No any amenities.. it show nice and clean room but when I reached there. I show that it's is very poor quality room and dirty meters on bad.

In Mumbai and that too in budget you can't expect more it's a room full of cockroaches.
bedsheet was not clean and room was smelly.
rest if you are only going for meetings and using room to sleep and don't mind cockroaches then it's a good deal.
