average experience..expected lot more. Had to wait 1 hour to get the room ready and luggage of previous peoples were there in the room which is not acceptable at all.

Not suitable for families at all. There are two AC rooms and one non-AC room on the first and second floors, but the property is non-refundable. They know we didn’t agree to stay due to the poor room conditions, lack of cleanliness, and unpleasant surroundings and environment. They make money by misleading customers. Very small room and even smaller washroom. This Homestay is basically for solo traveller's not for family. Insects kept us troubling whole time. Food was pathetic. In short, families should strictly avoid this Homestay. Better options available nearby.

Room and services which were provided by the homestay was great and acceptable as the per the price. Paid breakfast is available and best to choice in the coast lines of fort kochi. Easily accessible home appliances. Room is nearby naval museum and other tourist places. Enjoyment and fun

it was an awesome stay and the behaviour of the care taker and owner was so nice and friendly. when the 1st room faced an electric issue.they offered new room without charging any extra money.
